Your Payment Experience
Every detail, considered.
Every EVMagic Studios session is arranged personally. After your proposal is approved, you’ll receive a private Stripe invoice outlining your booking retainer, remaining balance, and payment due dates.
02 / SECURE
Your retainer
A personalized Stripe invoice is sent for your booking retainer. The retainer is credited toward your total session fee.
03 / COMPLETE
Your balance
The remaining balance is generally due seven days before your session. Alternative arrangements may be agreed upon in writing.
Already received an invoice? Please use the secure payment link in your Stripe invoice email. EVMagic Studios will never ask you to send card details by email.
A Note on Payments
Clear details. A personal approach.
Session fees and booking retainers are quoted individually. The remaining balance is generally due seven days before your scheduled session. For short-notice bookings, payment is due before the session begins. Weddings and larger commissions may follow a separate schedule, and flexible arrangements can be confirmed in writing.
Your invoice will specify the amount due and payment deadline. Please refer to your signed photography agreement for cancellation, rescheduling, and retainer terms.
